Appellation: Marlborough, New Zealand

Winemaking: Treat delicately at the winery, cool fermentation temperatures with select yeast strains to retain fresh varietal characters.

Appearance: Pale green with a pale straw hue.

Aroma: Lifted aromatics of passionfruit gooseberry and nettle, subdued crunchy herbal notes in the background.

Palate: Clean and fresh, the palate shows some fruit weight with a tight and linear acidity and generous finish

Food Match: Atlantic salmon fillet served over mixed field greens.

Alc/Vol%: 13%

Contains sulphites. Fined with the aid of fish and milk products. Traces may remain.
